Q: I have found the lost files by the free or demo product, whether I need to rescan the hard disk after I purchase the full version?

A: No, you need not rescan the hard disk again after you purchase the full version. Actually, after you finish the scan and close the free/demo of Data Recovery Wizard, you would find some .rdf files in the installation folder, you can reload the scan results to continue the recovery process without searching again when you purchase the full version.

Here is the method:

1. Please get into the installation folder of free/demo version program and locate all the .rdf files.

2. Please copy all the .rdf files to another safe partition for a temporarily storage.

3. Please uninstall the free/demo version program and install the full version program instead.

4. Put all those .rdf files back in the installation folder of full version product.

5. Then please run the full version program and select the same recovery module, you will find an option "Previous Recovery". Please select it to continue previous recovery.
