Can We Reset the Windows 10 Without Losing Data from D and E Drives?

Something is wrong with my Windows 10 computer. Therefore, I want to reset it to factory settings. But I worry I will lose my data in the D and E drives. Can I reset the Windows 10 without losing data from D and E drives?
