This post means to introduce you to a robust and effective data recovery solution EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard to help you recover lost photos when Geek Squad was not able to retrieve photos.
I took my Windows hard drive to Best Buy and tried to recover deleted photos. However, the Geek Squad was not able to retrieve my lost photos. What else can I do to get my photos back?
I have no idea what Geek Squad tried and what useful service it provides, but if the manual recovery process fails, you can try some data recovery software. You need to download it online and finish the whole process within a few clicks. EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is a great choice that may help you recover lost files when Geek Squad is not able to retrieve photos.
Here are the steps you need to follow using this photo recovery tool:
Step 1. Download and launch the EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard and choose the camera. SD card or hard drive partition where you lost the pictures and click "Scan".
Step 2. The software will start scanning automatically. Wait for the scanning to end. Select "Pictures" from the left panel. Or, if you want to locate the lost photos, you can click "Lost" on the top list. You can filter these files according to device, type, and date.
Step 3. You can double-click any file to preview them. Click "Recover" and choose another safe location to save the desired pictures.
You can also restore your files from Windows Backup if you have enabled it before:
