- If the product I purchase cannot solve my problem, is there a refund guarantee?
- We have a 30-day refund guarantee. Refund requests are handled through our support team, which can be reached by emailing support@easeus.com. We do our best to keep response times below 24 hours in order to resolve your issue quickly and without complication (EaseUS Refund Policy).
- Which payment methods are supported?
- We accept payments by Credit Card, PayPal, and Wire Transfer. Credit Card payments are highly recommended because the order will be completed instantly, and you will receive the product key right away.
- How to use the privilege of VAT Exemption?
- For those who enjoy the privilege of VAT Exemption, please enter your VAT Exemption ID during checkout if you still see tax included in the order.
- If I pay for the program now, how long will it take before I receive my download URL?
- It depends on the payment method you use. If you order online with your credit card, you will have your download URL after you submit the order form and an email with download URL and read-me document will be sent to you within a few minutes.
- Do I need to repurchase the program if I change my computer?
- There is no need to purchase a new license. You can simply contact us to reset the license code via email support@easeus.com or livechat.
- Is it possible to have a disc version of your product?
- You will receive a download link via email after purchase. You can use this to make a physical CD (or DVD) by yourself.
- Does My Product Expire?
- * Subscription products
Subscription products require you to pay a subscription fee to access the product.
Any product that is labeled in the shopping cart with “X – Year Subscription” is a subscription product. Subscription products will expire if you cancel the subscription: you may cancel the subscription in the purchase email or notification emails afterward. Otherwise, you will be automatically charged when the subscription period ends to continue to access the product.
* Non-expiring products
Any product that is not labeled in the shopping cart with “X – Year Subscription” is non-expiring. You have lifetime access to the product.
- Does My License include Upgrades?
- * Standard license
A standard license is valid only for the current version that you purchase.
For example, if you purchased EaseUS Todo Backup Home 11.0, you can update to the successive patches to that version FOR FREE. This means you can update to EaseUS Todo Backup Home 11.1, 11.2…11.X.
When a new major version releases (EaseUS Todo Backup Home 12.0), you will need to buy a new license key if you wish to upgrade.
* Lifetime upgrade license
Lifetime upgrade licenses allow you to upgrade to all future versions of the software, minor patches and major version releases alike. You do not need to upgrade your license key at any time.
