How to Copy/Clone Bootable USB Drive on Windows 10

I have a bootable USB flash drive with Windows 10 installation on it, and try to copy the USB flash drive to another one as a backup. Can't just copy and paste in File Explorer, so do you have any good suggestions?

To create a copy of the bootable USB drive on Windows 10, using the copy and paste feature doesn't help because it doesn't copy the bootable sectors.

To make it successful, you must clone to create a copy of a bootable USB. Windows system doesn't offer a direct drive cloning function, so you need to seek help from third-party software. EaseUS Todo Backup is featured as the fastest and easiest tool to create a USB image on Windows 11/10/8/7 computer. It will clone the USB drive to another one, including the bootable sectors. Here is how:

Step 1. Connect both the bootable USB drive and another USB to your computer where EaseUS Todo Backup software is installed.

Step 2.  Launch EaseUS Todo Backup, click "Tools" on the top-right corner of the main interface, and choose"Clone."

Step 3.  Select the bootable USB you want to make a copy of as the source disk. Click "Next".

Step 4.  Choose another USB as the target disk, and click "Next." (Ensure that the storage space of the target disk is larger than the source disk.)

Step 5.  It will remind you that the cloning process will erase all data on the target disk. Back up data on it in advance, then click "Continue" to start the cloning process.

Once the cloning process completes, you'll have a bootable copy of your original USB drive. You can now use it as an identical backup or a disaster recovery tool in case something happens to the original one.
