Hello! I want to create a bootable DVD and burn the iso image onto my DVD. I know there are many professional tools online, but I don't know how to choose one from them. Can I make a bootable DVD without any software, and how to do that? Wait for your comment!

You can make a bootable DVD without any software in 2 ways.

  • Method 1. Use Windows File Explorer to burn iso files to the DVD you prepared. I offered you the simple steps below.

Step 1. Open the File Explorer window and navigate to the location of the iso image file you want to burn.

Step 2. Right-click the file and select the Burn disc image option

Step 3. The Windows Disc Image Burner window will pop up. Choose your disc burner and insert a blank DVD.

Step 4. Hit the Burn option now.

  • Method 2. If there is no Burn disc image option on your Windows. You can use Command Prompt to burn iso to Disc. Follow the below steps.

Step 1. Run the Command Prompt. You can type "Command" in the Windows search box to open it.

Step 2. Type: isoburn.exe /Q "the ISO file path", and press Enter key.

Step 3. Then the Windows Disc Image Burner window will pop up. Choose your disc burner and insert a blank DVD.

Step 4. Hit the Burn option now.
