How to Move Windows 10 from 2TB HDD to 1TB SSD Without Removing Files on Either Disc?

I want to replace my old 2TB HDD with a new 1TB SSD to boot my computer and improve its performance. Do you have any suggestions for doing this without removing files on both drives?
