Fix Can't Uninstall Valorant Because Riot Client Is Running

I don't play Valorant anymore, and it's taking up 47.7GB of space. When I try to uninstall it via system settings, I receive the notice that 'Riot Client is running. We could not uninstall it because the Riot Client is still running. Please close the Riot Client and try again.'
