Thus, the issue started when I password-protected my laptop and desktop computer. I used a straightforward five-letter password on both computers. Note: You will need a bootable media(USB, external hard drive) and a computer not locked out.
Step 1. After downloading and launching EaseUS Partition Master, connect the USB disk to the unlocked computer and select "Toolkit" > "Password Reset."
Step 2. You will see a message window. Read it and confirm by clicking "Create."
Step 3. Select the target USB and click "Create." Wait till the password reset USB has been produced, and choose "Finish."
Step 4. Take out and insert the password reset USB into the locked computer. Restart the computer and set it to boot with the USB.
Step 5. Enter EaseUS Partition Master in the WinPE environment, then choose "Password Reset." The screen will display all of the PC's accounts; choose the required account and choose "Reset & Unlock."
Step 6. When prompted, click "Confirm" to continue. Your password will be removed.
