For all the past years, my WD My book has been working perfectly, and it is now my main backup storage. During my recent relocation, I unplugged it. It was with me in the car, the hotel, and everywhere else. Now that I'm at my new house, I've connected it in (both my laptop and my husband's desktop). But instead of recognizing it as MY Book, the computer refers to it as a local drive and reports that the folder is empty. Help!
When the computer reports that the folder is empty, you may try the methods below:
We are here to introduce you to an all-in-one data recovery tool - EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard- to regain your lost folders.
