How Do I Only Migrate Windows From a 1TB HDD/SSD to a Smaller SSD?

So I have a 1TB Seagate HDD, and recently bought a 480GB Kingston SSD. I am running Windows 10 from the HDD but want to move it to my SSD. My HDD has 500GB of data on it; how can I migrate my Windows OS from this 1TB HDD to the smaller Kingston SSD?
