Can I Simply Copy an ISO File to a USB Drive and Boot?

Sorry for the stupid question. But I don't know how to burn an ISO file to a USB drive. Can I simply copy the ISO file to my USB drive and boot from it? Or should I do it another way? Can someone guide me on this? Thanks in advance!

Simply copying an ISO file to your USB drive doesn't make it bootable. It's not how burning ISO works. If you want to burn the ISO to your USB correctly, you should do it with a professional tool.
