The existence of page files with specific information present in the RAM, virtual memory files, or operating system files on the partition might all cause you to be unable to delete the partition in Disk Management.

Thus, if you want to delete partitions without limits, you can resort to a professional disk and partition manager - EaseUS Partition Master.

This tool allows you to delete partitions directly. You can follow the guide here to learn how to delete a partition:

Step 1. Run EaseUS Partition Master and select "Partition Manager."

Step 2. Choose your target partition and click on "Delete."

Step 3. Then, click "Yes," "Execute xx Task," and "Apply" to delete the partition.

Note: Deleting the system partition will cause the operating system to fail to boot. So, it is necessary to clone the Windows to another drive or create a Windows image for backup.
